SPIDER ROCK is only able to be viewed on the South Rim Tour.The legend is – Spider Woman lives on Spider Rock in Canyon De Chelly. She was first to weave the web of the universe. She taught the Navajo how to weave. The mischievous and disobedient children that were taken to Spider Woman were woven up in her tight weaving.

The WHITE HOUSE dwelling one of the most famous ancient dwellings in the monument, a two-level structure with one part on the valley floor and the other 50 feet up in an alcove.

CANYON DE CHELLY’S petroglyphs are in easy sight and legible from the pinzguaer (jeep).  Showing deer hunting, vast herds, and a historical time frame of the Spanish upon their horses.
