If you would like to experience Colorado’s Rocky Mountain natural beauty while traveling in style and comfort, then this is your trip. We begin our tour by taking you to Durango to lodge overnight and then begin day two with a ride on the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad where you will wind your way through steep canyons with spectacular views. Then we sweep you away to dinner and lodging in Ouray. Day three takes us through Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park with Dinner and lodging in Montrose. Day four- the Grand Mesa Scenic Byway en route to lodging in Grand Junction. Day five will be at the Colorado National Monument to finish with dinner and stay at Red Cliffs Lodge. Day six we head for home.

Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad: You will have an unforgettable adventure as the train winds through spectacular & breathtaking canyons in the remote wilderness of the two-million-acre San Juan National Forest. Experience the adventure of traveling by a coal-fired, steam-powered locomotive on the same tracks miners, cowboys and settlers of the Old West took over a century ago. Relive history with the sights and sounds of yesteryear for a truly spectacular journey. You will experience Colorado at its best…wildlife, waterfalls, majestic peaks, all from the view of an 1880s train. You will see places you can get to only by foot or train.
