An American classic…                    We will travel to Durango to take a scenic fall time ride on the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge RR. But first, we’ll go to the Bar D Chuckwagon for a dinner show. The next day, we’ll take our seats & travel on the historic Durango Silverton train.  We will end our ride in Silverton, have time for lunch & sight seeing on your own. Then our bus will take you via the scenic 550 highway, and we’ll  stop along the way to take advantage of some of the scenic viewpoints which include: Million Dollar Highway, Montrose, Grand Mesa, Grand Junction, and Moab.

We will also be taking a breathtaking drive on the

Million Dollar Highway to see the mountain, valley, and gorge views.

The highway got it’s name due to the fact it was reported to have cost

a reported million dollars a mile to build. The highway is part of the
