Tour Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of reservations for any multi-day Master’s Touch tour may be subject to the loss of your full deposit. If the cancellation is received after the balance due date, there will be no refund given by Master’s Touch Tours. Master’s Touch Tours purchases the Group Protection Plan on behalf of all travelers for multi-day tours, through Travel Insured International. If you must file a claim, Master’s Touch Tours will make your initial contact regarding the claim and assist you in filing your paperwork with Travel Insured. Please understand that claims to Travel Insured will only be honored for covered reasons. Please refer to your Plan Document, provided prior to your tour, for precise information regarding covered reasons. You are welcome to contact our office if you would like additional information.
Cancellation of your reservation between the date of reservation and the balance due date will be subject to any non-refundable charges.
Cancellations made for a non-covered reason will receive no refund after the balance due date.
Payment for day-trips with Master’s Touch Tours is due within two (2) weeks of sign-up.
In the event of cancellation of a day-trip, any non-refundable charges incurred on your behalf by Master’s Touch Tours will not be refunded to the passenger.
Cancellations received within 72 hours of the tour or day-trip are completely non-refundable.
EXCEPTION: If the cancellation is made after the balance due date and Master’s Touch Tours is able to fill the seat(s) made available through your cancellation from a waiting list, you will receive a refund after the trip is completed. In the event that Master’s Touch is unable to fill the cancelled reservation with another passenger from a waiting list, the above cancellation policy applies.
